Paige Hackler Gardner, Owner and Principal
With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate development and construction management, Paige is a seasoned professional in the industry. Throughout her career, she has worked for large national real estate development companies as well as prominent regional groups, gaining valuable insight and expertise in a variety of sectors within the industry.

Paige's diverse background includes experience in multifamily (market rate, student housing, senior, and affordable), mixed-use, retail, land development, higher education, self storage, and office. She has managed every aspect of the ground-up development process from land acquisition through project stabilization. She has worked with and negotiated various partnership structures and has experience with conventional, HUD, and LIHTC financing. Her in-depth knowledge and hands-on approach have allowed her to successfully navigate complex projects and deliver exceptional results for all project stakeholders.
Paige has a proven track record of leading successful project teams and managing all aspects of the development process from start to finish. She is a trusted advisor and collaborator, building strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive project success. Her dedication to excellence and commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable developments make her a valuable asset to any project team.
Paige graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and holds the Professional Engineer license. She resides in Richmond, Virginia with her husband and daughter. ​
